GenesisCare: Ill-Fated US Acquisition Leaves Group Heading for Restructuring
Join Reorg on Oct. 5 for another episode of our deep-dive webinar series. GenesisCare, the Australian headquartered radiology services group, bought U.S.-based 21st Century Oncology out of bankruptcy in 2019 in a transformative deal. But the KKR-backed group failed to turn the U.S. business around after the former founder set up in opposition, and is now heading for a full-blown restructuring as a result.

Join our panel of experts for a deep-dive into the causes of GenesisCare’s underperformance, what could happen next and what the potential recoveries are for lenders.
