Ian covers leveraged loans and high yield bonds in the European market for EMEA Covenants. Ian has over 10 years' of experience advising on a range of banking, leveraged loans and high yield transactions, from his time as Counsel at Morrison & Foerster, and as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb and Herbert Smith. He read law at St. Catharine's College, University of Cambridge.

Bart Capeci

Bart covers high yield bonds in the European market for EMEA Covenants. A New York qualified lawyer, Bart has worked on high yield bonds and other leveraged finance transactions on both sides of the Atlantic for more than 35 years, including as a partner at Sidley Austin and Allen & Overy. He has law degrees from Columbia University and Queens' College, University of Cambridge.
